Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given of the Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Tuggeranong Valley Rugby Union Football Club Inc.

Which is to be held on the Tuggeranong Rugby Union Club Erindale premises (Ricardo Street) in the Zoo. Thursday 26th November, 2009 commencing at 7.00pm (Doors close at 7.00pm)

NB. Financial members only will be admitted to the AGM and the doors will be closed at 7.00pm sharp and no further persons will be admitted until after the election of office bearers is completed.

STRUCTURE OF THE COMMITTEE

Paragraph 27. The Committee shall be comprised of the following positions:

(a) President

(b) Vice-President

(d) Club Captain: and

(e) 5 other general Committee positions

The positions referred to in (a), (b), (c) and (e) shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Club Captain shall be elected by members on a date set down by the Committee during the period between the date of the AGM and the following 31 March.
