- At the recent Clubs ACT Awards, the Licensed Club received awards in the Sports, Catering and HR categories.
- Sponsor photos at the Licensed Club will be updated in the near future.
- Ground Marshall roster to be drawn up for Committee. GroundMarshallsare to ensure that warm up are undertaken in the in goal area only VP No.1.
- Discussion on Brumbies players availabilty for the local competition.
- Pete Conroy playing in the Armed Services Competition - unsure on availabilty for this weekend.
- No update on the Brumbies Tour at this time. Awaiting advice confirmation/advice from Brumbies CEO.
- Blue Sky Committee to look at club football structure in other countries and report back to Club Presidents by November 2010 with implementation for the 2011 competition.
- The Committee agreed that Support Staff receive a polo shirt and 1 invite to Sponsors Lunch and Presentation Night.
- Div 1 games against ADFA are to be played at VP on Wednesday 20th May,6:30pmand8:00pm
- Discussion on socialising after training on Thursday nights. Majority of Committee voted on no drinking in the sheds after training but agreed on holding monthly meetings of support staff at the Erindale Club.
- Discussion on how Sponsors Day went and all agreed that the day went well. Some improvements regarding certain areas of communication needs to improve for future events
- Thanks to Geoff Adam for his help in organising and supporting the lower grades.
- Tickets to the Hagar's Lunch Reunion to be made available through the Red Army. Further discussion centered on an appropriate MC and open seating.
- The Club will try and organize 3rd and 4 th Grade games prior to the reunion to be played on the Friday night.
