· The Committee discussed Physio Claims. It was decided that visits will be limited to 10, excluding physio associated with operations, and to pay the gap of $25.00 per visit.
· Third Grade, Forth Grade and Brown Snakes will play on Friday Night, 31July 2009 to allow attendance at Hagar's Lunch.
· Planning and organization for Back to Vikings / Beyond Blue well underway.
· Clearances for Huia Edmonds and John Ulugia have been processed.
· The Committee notes the Function Marquee at Capital Golf Course is almost complete.
· Planning and preparation for Sponsor's Lunch has been completed.
· The Beyond Blue playing strip for 1st Grade has been approved. All players are encouraged to donate $10 towards to the Beyond Blue cause. In exchange the club will provide blue playing socks for the day.
· Victorian Rugby are putting together a submission to play in the John I Dent Cup in 2010 with 1st Grade and Colts.
· The Committee is going to investigate the possibility of offering to players in 2010 the flu vaccination.
· The Website will be upgraded.
· The Committee is working towards recognizing volunteers, with 10 or more years service, with an award similar in recognition of a 100 Gamer.
