· The Committee acknowledges and congratulates Beau Mokotupu, who will be celebrating 100 1st Grade games this weekend.
· The Committee acknowledges and congratulates the Vi-Queens on Representative Selections.
· The ACTRU has confirmed that the 2009 McDougall Medal will be held in the Auditorium.
· Nominations for License Club Directors open between 1 July 2009 to 25 July 2009.
· Feedback from Sponsor's Lunch has been positive.
· Organisation for Hagar's Lunch is well underway and promises to be a great day.
· Presentation Night has been scheduled for 18/09/2009.
· AGM scheduled for 26/11/2009.
· 2010 Planning Meeting has been proposed for 10/10/2009 but not yet confirmed.
· The Brumbies Tour of France is scheduled for 18/07/2009. They will be taking a 27 man squad.
· The Committee approved the purchase and construction of a new trailer to transport gear. The Committee thanks Martin Harris and Damien Davies for their assistance with the design of the new trailer.
· Discussions are on going concerning the structure of competition in the future.
