th.
With 2009 fast approaching 37 Vikings player reported to the Vikings Health
& Fitness Centre for strength testing.
Following the testing programs have been tailored to individual needs to

Prior to the Christmas Break the players will be back in the gym to undergo
a 2nd round of strength tests as well as Aerobic and Anaerobic testing to
allow Glen and head trainer Peter Ibbott to accurately structure the

Christini said "Vikings is obviously a Rugby Club of great standing in the
community and with a bit of planning and vision I hope to be able to return
on field performance back to where it should be on a consistent basis. My
initial impression of the players is that they are ready for a culture
change and enthusiasm has been encouraging".

zone Central West on February 28th at Viking Park followed by a 3 match
tour to New Zealand starting on the 8th March.
